Delivery
All items will be dispatched within 3-5 workings days of receipt unless stated otherwise on the product info. All items will be sent via Royal Mail and will be tracked, so if your item hasn't arrived please contact us.if you need next day deliver please contact us at [email protected]
Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item please send it back to us within 7 days of the dispatch date. All items must be returned in its original packaging and in a reusable state. Please take care when trying on items as any with marks or make up on won't be refunded.
When returning please make sure you keep proof of postage. Any items returned past the 7 day period will not be refunded, we can either send you the item back, or issue you a credit note. Any delivery costs will not be refunded.
Please note any items in the £10 and under section cannot be returned and can only be exchanged.
Any credit notes issued cannot be used on items in the pre order section of our website.
